You don't have to include images. It would be nice if you did if you are trying to explain something that may need a real life reference (for example...say you want to make a chinchilla-like monster, then you would attach an image of a chinchilla for reference - even if the monster itself would not be a chinchilla exactly).

But yea, pure-text is fine if you are a very descriptive writer.

Sorry, EU has some very strict laws regarding contests, and since it's not our primary service region, we just can't make it work.

I only skimmed the rules, but could multiple people work together on a PQ idea(having 1 person submit it)? It'd be great if a few of southperry's artists were able to create an awesome PQ and have it possibly implemented.

Yea, we have to register with the gov't each time we want to run a contest, and they want $1500/contest. Sooooo....sorry.

awwright, one last thing though, as my flag implies, i'm not from the U.S.A. (still from america) would that make me unable to participate, unable to just win the top prizes (aim for the top!), or it wouldn't be a problem?

I tried for Peru as well, but legal team axed that as well. Peruvian gov't needs us to have an legal entity in Peru or pay a lot of money. Sooooo...didn't work out.

Wait you have to be 18 to enter? Arghhhhhhhh. Well that sucks for me :/. although I probably wouldn't have come up with a very creative idea though. or maybe I'd accidentally use something from my story I'm working on, which would suck and would probably cause copyright issues for me later down the road if I actually won and I wanted to try to get a book published (but I'm not much of a writer so I think I'd be done by half a book ). Oh well. Maybe next year if they have one. (or if I'm still playing).

I guess after July 5th, we should post our ideas and see how everyone thinks of it or we could just leave it be and wait for results.

I hope it doesn't take too long to judge. I remembered the make your own content event results being released one year later.

I for one will be participating in this, and obviously I will use Krakia as a basis for the pq to hopefully force that part of masteria to be come reality since I have been waiting for it since cwpq came out.

The contest rules officially state that you cannot have a ban history. But I am going to guess no one is going to care about a 30 day autoban from 2010 if it's something like that. They are looking for serious or repeated abuse.

Even a 3 day ban that was given for an inappropriate name was bad enough not being able to buy a world transfer...

Is there any specific reason why Europeans can't enter? It's not like you're shipping something and my guess is that it will only increase the amount of decent suggestions (and bad ones, of course).
