Feedback Unleashed: Part IV - I am my hair
The problem with nebulites is that all of the good nebulites are impossible to find in most servers.

1% stat nebs on like 20 pieces of gear + 15% or 18% defense ignore nebs on weapons is still pretty good though.
Alloy Wrote:Ugh... 20 mil.'is a bit too much, but as long as they keep the alternate ways to get it... But I don't trust event-only content. In the end, future events cease to include them.

It was pretty much Unlimited shop only, haven't seen them in any other event shops. They gave one out for one of the previous Attendence Check Event, though.

I went and took screenshots of most of the Additional Options I've gotten, though I've sold many more with crappy ones, so you can take a look at this album if you wanna see the type of stuff you can find: http://imgur.com/a/2cBOa

I don't believe there's really any distinguishing between additional options and the previous system of stat variation, but I think the game does keep track for the purposes of using Innocence Scrolls, which don't affect Additional Options, or as one of our Innocence Scrolls states, "Bonus Stats"

Hmm, most of those additional options don't look that crazy at all. I always thought they would buff items a lot more than they seem to. Does it depend on the item level as well? Just seems that you can get a pretty decent HP/MP boost off of those.

And I think that our Innocence Scrolls refer to the Bonus Potential when they say "Bonus Stats".
It seems Nexon wants to discourage people from using Clean Slates. The previous shop was 20% clean slates with a limit of 5 per character. This shop is 40 coins for a single clean slate but this one is 10% and it's also limit to 5 per account!!

Maybe Nexon got in trouble with that Bounty Hunter event that gave huge amount of clean slates.
I need those slates...I can't afford using shield scrolls... ._.

And even if you could afford to use them, shield scrolls aren't even up for sale most of the time.
What's up with these ratios? terrible...

Is Spirit Valley, the Twilight Perion Monster Park map, a good source of EXP since it has the full 250% Party Play bonus? Or do the mobs' low HP and distanced spawn make it unattractive?

Also, Ghostwood Stumpy is functioning as intended, correct? And by correctly, I mean its ~14K X 6 attack, it's a OHKO for some classes. If so, I think that would be a deterrent for some squishier classes away from Spirit Valley if it is any good at all.

Oh so that's why Stumpy killed me in one hit. :/ That's a bit overkill. Even many of the non-squishy classes get killed in one hit from that amount of damage.
SleepyHobo Wrote:I don't like this 90% off Sale in the Cash Shop for those who haven't bought NX in a while. People are abusing it a lot by making new accounts...

It's creating massive chat spam with the gachapon announcements and everything is deflating.

While the chat spam of gachapon is annoying I actually thing the entire market needs to deflate. As someone who doesn't spend on NX I think it would be nice to eventually get something worth a .... This game is so pay to win it is insulting. Hopefully the changes made in this patch will give us the 120-130 gear we need to go earn the 150 gear that we want.

Fact is, it is about impossible for anyone who isn't drowning in NX to get the 150 gear, especially if they don't have a strong guild to help them, at which point they need to restart their expensive upgrade processes if they do get that gear.
With the addition of timeless gear to the gachapon we can expect them to hit the FM in short order and be relatively cheap because of the flood of them hitting the market. This helps the people who can't help themselves to get a foot in the end-game door.

Yeah, even with 90k+ HP I have to watch it because another attack would take me down.
This thread is for Xenon now, too.

Xenon is.. fun, I guess? Mine is only at level 30 right now since I've been doing other things the past few days, but playing it somehow doesn't feel like playing a rehash of something else.

I hate how much Pinpoint Salvo lags. The delay between pressing the button (and pressing it like, 5 times) and actually doing damage is ridiculous. It kind of ruins the skill for me.
I really want to get to 3rd job, but I'm real tired of training LOL. Explains why I'm not close to 200 on any character yet.

Attacks are interesting, but i also despise the lag on teh missles. I thought it was just me considering I'm on a 7+ year old XP machine that can barely stay online when i'm in any town. I am going to be SOOOOoo happy to get back to my regular computer ><
I really underestimated the hovercraft thingy but it's unbelievable on flat maps and it's duration is just under the respawn time so if you kill fast enough you hit 100% efficiency real easy. It did its job for me at level 1, but i didn't get that point in until after 50 or something haha. Just in time for roids.

Yeah, I was using it at CD's, it was totally overpowered.
the gokart was insane in the C2 map, i was rolling 25-ish levels under and still murdering everything (huge pot burn though)

level 100 onwards is RETARDED AS pineapple (in the good way) get a single point in beam dancing, use a +7 levels, +30% spawn and 5x hp core in evo world, go into map 3, sit on the middle with a mp/hp familiar, and just murder the whole freaking map, extra points if you have exp bonus.

with 15% mercedes link, 20% pendant, and 1.5x card from the boxes, i was leveling once and a half every time the machine activated, it was insane, i hit 120 and i didn't even notice it.
What am I supposed to be doing for third job training? I find the skill combinations of Gravity Pillar + CS: Air Whip, CS: Explosion only or Jump + CS: Fission, all so slow. Don't get me started on the speed of Gravity Pillar + Diagonal Chase + CS: Fission. All I do is Ion Thrust or Q: Concentrate, maybe I haven't gotten to strong enough monsters but using anything else feels awfully slow.

I also feel Q: Takeoff and CS: Fission should link together seamlessly. They do not, at least for me, I can get the combination to work 50ish% of the time. Overall, I just don't find Xenon very fluid in the way Mercedes or Hayato feel.

Oh, and it's a minor complaint but sometimes I feel Xenon's Flash Jump is too powerful and it lacks height to give it a healthy second bounce, maybe I just need more Jump.

I agree completely, first job was kinda boring, because hell, it's first job. Second job was amazing, the skills worked very well together, and Quicksilver was a very fast and satisfying move. Third job however is just... meh. Combat Switch is terrible, and deciding which one to use is just picking the lesser of 3 evils.

Combat Switch: Explosion is boring as pomegranate, just standing there holding the button down and doing that silly and retarded looking backflip every time, it looks silly and feels silly to use.
Combat Switch: Air Whip is completely useless. Only one hit doing minor damage, it's only saving grace being that it does more damage to enemies in the air.. but newsflash, you generally one hit normal enemies with Gravity Field anyway, and Gravity Field doesn't work on bosses. this renders the entire skill pointless.
Combat Switch: Fission is just annoying. another "you are not high enough to use this skill" spam attack that isn't useful ANYWHERE.

The only good things about 3rd job is that you get Diagonal Chase, which gives some much needed vertical movement (which Xenon's flash jump is terrible for), and the Emergency Resupply skill which restores Supply. And of course Manifest Projecter, which I like because it doesn't have a buff duration.

I'm really hoping 4th job is good, because Xenon is kinda dividing me here. When it's good it's amazing and fun, and when it's not it's boring and spammy. It started out fun and ended up being a "hold down the shift key" class in third job.
Since this thread's about xenon, might as well.

The rockets are SLOW. Which is why I never use them other than hovering above the pq boss while shooting missiles at it Rolleyes
Currently, my method of grinding's at RnJ PQ. Mobs over there have decent EXP for me, plus each PQ gives me 2 levels if I'm left to one lane.

Also, CS: Explosion is too pomegraty slow. Had to resort to QS: Flash (the whip thingy in 2nd job) for quick mobbing.

Yay for Virtual projection having no buff duration! Oh, and Extra supply is a free boost!

So overall, 3rd job is 50-50 for me. Gonna check out 4th job soon.
1st-3rd job were pretty boring for me, simple as that.

4th job is where the fun began. I was on 2x card, 1.5x coupon, 10% pendant with 5x HP, Level +7, and 30% spawn cores in Evo Lab and was leveling once every 2 1/2 minutes by spamming Beam Dance (I didn't have auto hp/mp, almost died a few times haha). After 5 runs yesterday in evo (1 being on 2x, 4 on 3.5x) I got from 100 -> 130. Just got done with 3 evo runs today on 3.5x for 2 and 2x on one and I got to 140.

From what I noticed (might also be I funded Xenon with empress and some %stats) Xenon is OP (I knew this from kMS anyways). I have a 54-60k range clean, and buffed its a 60k-66k range. (Without TaC). I didn't even get mastery books for half of my skills (just Xenon Expert).

if you mean the pinpoint rockets, you're not really supposed to use them on their own, i use them while the animation of other attacking skills is going on, say, blade dancing or the slow whip from 3rd

i used explosion when killing stuff waay too high for my level, and air whip when they were my level, i mean you ohko pretty much anything anyways ._.

managing energy resupply with the avoid skill is interesting.
