I got this while killing Sakura Cellions...

It didnt drop before. It was added when the Amoria mobs started droping mesos and etc items. Sakura Cellions drop Cellion tails as well...

P.S. Notice i've been posting many screens lately? Thats cos i finally got my screenshot button to work Shine

Oh, it is for a quest in Amoria. Might not be relesed in SEA yet xD
