Went to kung fu tonight expecting an easy night helping out some new lower belts.
A bunch of us upper belts showed up... no lower belts.
Our instructor decided that tonight would be good to just have a bunch of "fun".

I spent the rest of my day not being able to feel anything with completely shot motor skills. Overall, a good fun day.

Finals are SO easy; finished it all in a day.

won a $650 scholarship for being the highest rank applicant in the sciences/math

so I was all "cool it'll be 400-500 after taxes going directly towards tuition"

but instead I got a $650 check \o/

Also, went to see my new neurologist. In a few weeks I'm getting a 2 day EEG. I get to wear electrodes on my head all day. Yay.

Job searching is so frustrating.

Got accepted to the study abroad program that I applied for earlier this year, and on top of that found out that I received a $5,000 scholarship for study abroad! This coming academic year just keeps looking more and more exciting!

You know how sometimes prostitutes(best example I could think of) sometimes feel "dirty" and want to shower but the feeling won't go away? Well I have this feeling but I'm not a prostitute or have done anything really bad recently. I think I'm just having anxiety issues. OCD is acting up. I think I used a whole roll of toilet paper in 30 mins. Maybe I'm feeling self-conscious about my diet. I just feel genuinely awkward. I'm turning 20 in less than 4 days...

Ran out of my own shampoo so I had to use my sisters. My hair smells like strawberries and cream. :|

I got a parking ticket for not having a parking permit :/

It's a bit ridiculous that they give tickets out during summer when there is barely anyone on campus.

I learned how to shoot a rifle the other day
Yesterday Stephen and I rode bikes down along the beach, what fun :3
Also, I'm all registered for my classes for the fall. All is going well so far.

Next is finding an apartment in Nanaimo ^^

Oh god, how was my day? .....that's a tough question to answer right now.
Let's start with general natural disasters.

It's a terrifying sight, and while it probably won't be getting near my home, it's burned down many of my friends homes... and this is our second massive wildfire in 2 years, with the last one being only slightly less devastating.

From a non-natural disaster standpoint... things are still not looking very bright.
My sister has been an absolute mess for the past... 5-6 months, and now crap just seriously hit the fan today.
She's been staying with my good friend, and her boyfriend Joe (name changed for privacy reasons) for the past few days. She hasn't slept in about 4 days, and she's been hit hard with some serious drug withdrawal (she used to steal my medication a lot, and it's likely that she had her own drugs she used frequently).
This has resulted in my sis becoming extremely delusional and legitimately insane. She even forgot her own 1 year old child was with her, left Joes apartment wide open, and went on an hour+ walk with her baby just... alone in the house. She didn't even remember the incident later, thinking that her son was with me and Joe when we were heading to kung fu.
She started thinking that Joes name was Doug, was babbling something about some girl named priscilla, and a bunch of other mess.
Last time I saw her her lips were blue, she was extremely pale, her motor skills were severely hindered, and her speech was erratic and incomprehensible.
It got so bad we finally had to call 911... she's now in the hospital and I've never been so scared for someone in my life.

I'm speechless on the issue really, and I'm scared and curious to see how this will work out... I'm praying for the best, but I'm prepared for the worst.

Ah.. I'm not in the best predicament. My parent's Social Security Check that comes on the second Wednesday of the month never came.
Everything we owe we pushed to Friday hoping it would come, but nothing ever happened.
I'm kind of terrified, because what that means is everything we pushed back might get cut off (light, cable, internet...). Not only that, but we really don't have any food and my brothers haven't offered to help much either.

I'm really worried, but I'm sure we'll turn out alright. I'm hoping, at least...
