Yep, i was thinking the same. They should make for every level gain pass level 201, we get + 1m cap. (So at 250, we will get 50m cap)

I think it should be +2-300k per level.

Perhaps a combination of character level and equipment (not just weapon) levels would help scale things fairly. That, or give all equips a +cap stat, rather than making them only available through potential. Then change the +cap lines in potential to be +cap%.

What about making it so you start with a 200k cap at lv 1... And you raise the cap by 200k per level? It doesn't affect people with normal ranges, helps people with high % attacks that could cap, and makes people actually want to level for a significant power difference if too powerful.

I like the damage cap per level idea. Great incentive to level, and puts a stop to super-funded players (at least until they're max level). I envy 16x shads who cap.

Also makes all our previous funding totally moot and making only Fafnir/Empress endgame gear.

I think he means MY idea, level cap depending on actual levels, not the levels of equipment.

Yes. Alloy's idea! After booming 2 baselards, I've decided to just stop with weapons until our next big patch (GMS's version). Really have no idea where they are going with this and don't want to scroll a good one only to end-up only doing half the damage of my potential max.

If they do infact do 5m/10m cap, I say make Jap weapons 7.5m cap, or something of that sort...

Takebackers idea is also good, with caps depending on weapon level.

i prefer caps based on character level, not only does it make a LOT more sense, but it's a good motivation to level besides those hurrdurr 5 more AP, especially post 197 when the AP is going to HP or secondary stat or what have you.

i thought the level 200 hyper skill only adds a max of 5mil damage. So even if it does have the hyper skill theres like 9mil unaccounted for

What do you mean? Those pictures all show damage under 1.5mil, which falls into a 5mil damage cap range :f6:

My bad, I mis-read the numbers. Since we can't see the actual stats of this character or the buffs it's still all up in the air and if I played GMS this would be the most infuriating thing to me. :/
