JapanMS' Rebalanced Hard Core Mode

Do Supreme characters have all of their 4th job skills set at their highest Mastery Level? Like Maple Warrior starts at "Mastery Level : 30", instead of 10. Otherwise I suspect certain classes to not be all that good in the long run.

Same as the normal server in EMS.

Ahh sweet, I love shads and I/L Mages so I'm glad they don't suck in supreme.

I hope so...but there's no way to know without getting 4th. Plus, I doubt it considering Nexon.

- The free levels on your main character do not seem to apply. I got to Level 20, but was unable to find any way to level my Paladin(the character I duplicated into Supreme) and it was not automatic.

Oh. The way everyone worded it made it sound like it was a level for free for every 10 levels on your Supreme version of that character.

I would have no way to know if they actually extended the level cap to 270, though, since we already had the 250 cap and there's no way I'm ever going to get close to that. I still don't even have a Lv.200 character because I get bored too quickly from such massive grinding.

The "Free level per 10" is to help people get to 250. Basically "Freebie" levels if you put work into Supreme.

that's because JMS has level 250 cap without hard mode, there is nothing stopping people from leveling past 200. EMS 'unlocks' levels to 220

Huh, well I definitely love the idea. I have absolutely zero motivation to level my Kanna past 200 due to the exp curve, but if Supreme does work that way in GMS (giving you free levels) then I would definitely be motivated to get to at least level 210, which is way more than I was ever expecting.

Go on your main char and doubleclick it, look for your level and see if it says x level/251. The last numbers show you what level you CAN achieve. My Mercedes in ems have levels of 202/212 because my supreme char is lvl 121.

Nope, 168/250. It seems like that part of Supreme was completely left out in JMS because we already had the max level boost.

I wouldnt really say left out, I mean wtp is the point of lvl 270 anyway? Supreme will probably only be for the medal after lvl cap increase in ems, however the exp from lvl 200-220 now before cap increase is a lot less.

It made me turn on the game for the first time in over a month. It would be two if Link didn't get me logging on for the RA Pets event. So, yeah, I know how you feel there.

I haven't even reallocated SP for my Paladin since the Tempest revamp. She's still sitting around with all of it free.

One problem I have with the free level system, is that many completionists most likely won't even bother with hard mode until they reach at least Lv. 230 :\ Ughh...

I'd like to know the answer to this too. In JMS (assuming I'm understanding correctly) you get a "free" level in the main server every time you level 10 times in the supreme world. Can this free level be used at any level past 150 or is there a cap?

I.E: if I had a level 150 main character before supreme and then got my supreme character to 200, then my main would be level 170. Could I also use this to get from 230 on my main to 250?

You dont get free levels, as stated previously. It just raises the cap by 20. So in EMS, the cap became 220. In JMS it looks like it did nothing since their cap is 250.

Oh, I read it wrong. I was aware that it raise the level cap in EMS, I thought they had done something different in JMS. My mistake
