I took out Goldbeard, and to be honest, he's barely a challenge compared to the original. His water beam hurts, but so did Jho's beam. I found safe places to dodge and attack and after that, it's self explanatory.

His water beam has the dumbest hitbox in existence, but otherwise he's pretty pathetic and boring. He's like Lao Shan, except he acknowledges your existence. That's about the only difference.

Played with some randoms and got my dios set complete! And I have to admit, I had a good time. Only one guy kind of sucked with his random harvesting, but that was the worst of it. I accidentally sent a teammate flying in the air twice in a row with dat axe @_@ so I still need to work on my timing.

@Hypermug: Tossing isn't really that big of a deal as long as you apologize and don't make it a constant thing. Twice is barely even noticeable in the long run. I had a SA player toss me 7 times in a row while I was Hammer because he decided that the head was the best place to attack when the monster still had a tail. Was not happy. I decided I didn't care about him anymore and just started super pounding the head, regardless of if he was there or not. He got the message eventually, but the point is that 2 tosses aren't a big deal.

Finally crafted my Full GB Ceadus set after a fun run with people. I got a question. If I add +10 Sharpness to my suit, would it negate the Blunt Edge effect?

You only need to add enough to make it -9. Skills only take effect at -10/-15/-20 and 10/15/20. Check the Skill Info page on your Status Menu for more information on which skills have which activation levels.

Green Plesioth, go learn to be his friend and you'll be drowning in Lrg Wyvern Stones. Specifically the quest "[Advanced] Seeing Green". (Kill over Capture, by the by.)

Yeah, that's the biggest issue with GBCeadeus's armor. You'll need a Talisman.

Basarios, Gravios, Kushala, Ioprey/drome (ew, pineapple why? Wasn't Froggi enough?), Lagombi, and Remobra (UGH, I HATE THESE THINGS) are all confirmed with this video. Jhen is also a potential confirmation considering where Remobra were shown, it looked like the Great Desert.

Basarios' new rollover attack was amusing. Gravios being able to aim the beam is awful. That beam is painful as is. Ios and Remobra....ugh. Two of the worst minions from Gen 1/2 back? Whyyyyyy? Lagombi...bleh. He's too easy to care about.

I'm very curious to see the new Kushala moveset.

It looks like its the new Farm. That's good, it seems like they're going back to the Portable style Farms, because the Tri/3U Farm is garbage.

They said they were going to work on promoting MH in general globally, which people make the assumption that it includes MH4. I certainly hope so, and I also hope it is only a few months between the JP and US/EU releases.

They SHOULD aim for a US release around Christmas time to guarantee good sales. Considering all they would need to do is translations (because there's no voices to my knowledge), I don't know why it would take more than two months.

Then after that, I guess its Large Wyvern Stone or los mantle hunting again.

Kushala is still one of the best monsters they made in the game. He requires a lot of planning to kill in comparison to most other monsters, and fighting him is pretty unique. Plus, if they incorporate any of the moves he got in Frontier with his Hardcore version, he will be awesome in MH4. HC Kushala is the best monster they've ever made in my opinion. He is insanely fun to fight.
