I'd say these pants are worth more because with Decent HB you can always either get a Nebulite or get the line on a separate pair of pants and swap them in and out to buff. Although Decent HB Nebulites would probably be just as expensive/more expensive since every class can use it, but eh, point still stands.

Point valid, although my point would be that HB pants are much more useful when bossing because there is very little time to switch equips, what with attacks flying everywhere.

Decent HB nebs SHOULD be expensive, as they can give HB to overalls.

I'd say that these pants should be just about as much as HB pants, now that you've stated your point.

I'd disagree. I have 4 equips that have Decent Skills on them that I swap in and out to buff and I have plenty of time at pretty much every boss, with the only exceptions being Chaos Zakum, which I can kill before the buffs run out anyway, and Chaos Horntail, which is pointless to even kill.

All overalls can be given HB by Nebulites.
