How was your day?

Gave my Undergrad Research Topic presentation.

I was literally trembling and sweating cold 1 hour before showtime. But when I actually entered the room, I was calm! Questions? Pfft, I didn't freak out or anything. It makes all that time I spent trembling in fear silly.


On the other hand, I swear the girl that was giving her presentation before me was having a panic attack. I had to convince her to sit down and calm down instead of going straight home because she was just a wreck. She was trembling AND HYPERVENTILATING! I had never in my life seen a panic attack, but if what she was going through wasn't one then I don't even know...

And not a single professor took the time to try to calm her down. I mean, regardless of how well or bad she did in her presentation, she was clearly not in a healthy state of mind. I know that professors try to play the bad guys here to freak out the students, but imo, letting her walk out in her state of mind was inconsiderate.

We had a short chat with my sister who's currently at Hong Kong, she's doing fine but her exams were postponed to the weekend because of a storm. Then I watched The Apprentice Asia and felt embarrassed watching how the guys worked as the supposed marketing major didn't even think to price the fish properly first or label them correctly.

I'm also beginning to entertain the idea of building an ecosphere for my amusement which I managed before using only insects and moss before overheating got to it. It was a pity, I even managed to put in a makeshift 'lake' in there.

Girlfriend told me she has feelings for someone else now.
What a punch in the gut. Did not see that coming.

Today was NOT okay to happen.

Fantastic day at school today, had fun in literally every single class. Wish days like these came more often!

Today's post ended up as a thread in the Angry Dome.

I spent the entire day in bed filling out stuff for college, signing my apartment lease and doing loan counseling and silently breaking down inside about how I'm going to be drowning in debt.

$167.24 to fix my laptop. :| Let's see if I can get them to knock the price down by being unsatisfied with how the last repair job was handled.

Got a call today. I might start serving on a jury soon. O m g...

I decided to speed up my Google Chrome today only to find this lovely thing called Delta Search. After some time of attempting to whack it away using various programs I decided to go for a fresh start and re-install Chrome just to get rid of that blemish. Pineapple these things!

The next half hour was predictably spent hassling databases for my passwords. :|

Someone tried to rob my next door neighbor a few nights ago.

He couldn't even get past the gate.

Left school after third period to meet up with my buddies and wait in line for our Anime North 2013 weekend pass badge thingies.
The weather became crummy and we were outside for three hours but it was worth it.

Whoo finally moved into another apartment. I have a couple of my friends coming down tomorrow to help me move a couple of the big things and I should be set. Today's left me exhausted though.

Well, thanks a lot dad. Now we have to move out because your not willing to fork over the damn papers...
...So yea, my family's moving...and we never thought it would come to it, but fine.

Worked, truck day. We got two new collections of stems, they are so fucking pretty I am about to get beyond creative. Went to Kroger for Orientation, doing computer training next Tuesday and hopefully starting next Wednesday. Weeeeeeeeeee

I got a free Dota 2 key on Steam and I probably won't even use it.

Jeezus, I'm such a waste.

Moving to my new apartment tomorrow. Hoping itll be a smooth move.

Hoping to talk with the girl ive been dealing with soon, hopefully with some good results, but we will see. I will either still have a friend, not have a friend, or maybe have something new altogether.

Work-related assessment test next Friday covering three natural science subjects. No calculator. Commence panic attack.

After listening to my dad go on a tirade about why it is disgraceful that BSA is allowing gays into I finally had enough and told him that I identify myself as bisexual and, gasp, have even kissed boys.
