I actually saw a really interesting theory that the glasses man is actually Glemier "youthinized" so to speak.

I mean... if the Black Mage can grant immortality to people, why not give youth to some old guy that practically got him a host? (Aka Lotus)

Not to mention, the whole video seems to be some kind of project/experiment type thing.....

I'm excited about this class revamp+free class thingy. Two reasons:

I've always wanted my Bishop to be something more than... a Bishop. Right now their damage is reasonably good, but gameplay is dull. Angel Ray is really our only cheese and bread, they neglected to give us better holy skills and made Luminous instead.

Buccs! They suck since Big Bang, a total revamp would be good. I don't expect them to bring back the old gamelplay, nah, that'd be expecting too much. I just want a total revamp since ANYTHING would be better than the faggy sprit summoning lazor shooting thing we have now. Only Nexon can manage to make kamehamehas dull.

So much potential for this big summer update. Really hopeing KMS does good with it, especially the Adventurer overhaul. Little nervous but Im hopeful that they can really give Adventurers their second wind this time.

I'm wondering whether it will really alter the gameplay right now rather than adding one or two skills. It doesn't seem to be the case looking at Wild Hunters and kMST Battle Mages.

Thats the part im nervous about a little lol. I think Adventurers are great mostly but I know that they need a boost badly. I just hope they dont get anything too dramatic.

Do you think they'll include them into normal adventurers? Meaning same creation button, and you gotta pick their path at the beginning of your "adventure", like, instead of going through Maple Island, at the very beginning of the island there is a ship you can board and become CS... or something similar to end up in the dual blades den. AND MAYBE THEY'LL SHARE CS INVENTORIES WITH ADVENTURERS.

The name of the new warrior class is 에테르 (Ether). Of course this can change like how Xenon used to be called Automata before it was publicly released.

Three weeks ago a Korean user on insoya found out about a new warrior class whose name was Ether. He said he got it from MapleStory.exe, so an unpacked client.
At first I didn't think it was real so I didn't post it. But now I believe he wasn't lying.
Because back then he also showed the users new strings. Now I found out these strings are related to this specific area where everybody from ALL the worlds can connect to.
The world merge area was mentioned in the RED update announcement on May 19 and he posted it three weeks ago so he couldn't know.

Oh and one string says: ''Equipable as Zero''

Maybe Zero and Ether are the two children of God. The tears of the Goddess from Rhinne that formed two children.

There's problems with that theory. Unless the theory is expecting Wizet to create plotholes.

In the video, we see Arkarium and Hilla still alive and Rhinne(sp?) still trapped. After beating him, Rhinne is freed and Arkarium tries to go back in time to warn his past self of what happened and then dies, and gets trapped in some infinite time loop. (The Cygnus Knight version of Arkarium.)

Gelimer betrays Orca rather recently, after Arkarium and Hilla have been dealt with.

So for that to be Gelimer after reverse aging, let alone something happening in the present.....

I would be less displeased with this class if it was at least a Thief since I have gear for it and Zero is like you said, a cool name. Sadly, given that these are 'children of God' that seems highly unlikely.

As for the names, while Zero and Ether do sound cool I would have preferred it to be Alpha and Omega or something matching. There's just something about them that doesn't fit as a pair. :/

I don't know about you, but I have a feeling like the "time loop" thing Akarium was caught in was probably broken somehow. I don't really see Nexon being "done" with any loyal generals just yet. They'll probably BS some explanation as to why he's free or just forget they ever mentioned it.

Also, let's not forget that Hilla also shows up in Kaiser's world after Aswan too....

Death is not really ever permanent in Maplestory. They can always go back and reuse the same people, even if their quest line says they've been finished once and for all. Von Leon was greatly used after he was supposedly dealt with, Hiver lived to see another day with Mercedes after beaing defeated by Evan, don't even get me started on Francis...

The only Black Wing I've seen "killed" off was Eleanor and she wasn't killed as much as she was just almost completely removed from exsistance.

If maple were to get a class that played like Zero/Omega from the GBA and DS MegaMan games with a boss fight to match, I'd switch my main and die of excessive nerd-gasms within a day of release.

Oh God... I can see all of the yaoi fan-art for those two. Something like Xenon using his whipsword to pull zero in closer with a seductive look, while Zero uncharacteristically blushes in surprize... Maybe have Iris or Ciel with Claudine either crying or squeeing in the background. :f6:
