Patch Available - EMS 0.90

It is more likely going to be the same unlimited as MSEA, i highly doubt it will be KMS one since no other service(other than KMS) has gotten it. GMS is probably going to follow this one as well.

I would hope not, we got everything from Unlimited except for the Strange cubes and higher chance of epic and unique equips dropping since Root Abyss must be due somewhere during our 'Tempest' patch that would be around June. It's also unlikely that this one will be the one GMS gets since it was clear that there were going to be special changes and we all know how GMS has a tendency to be the super special snowflake.

The patch is messed up, everyone trying to prepatch is getting stuck there.

Also i thought that GMS had high chances of getting a totally different unlimited, until i noticed that a few days after Girasol said that it would be different, MSEA announced his unlimited patch which already brought "special changes" compared to KMS one.


Anyways, only time will tell how will unlimited be on GMS. Maybe Nexon America brings a surprise.

On the most technical of details what we have is only some of Unlimited's workings. Now I don't know if this Strange Cube business is Asiasoft screwing us over again or it's planned for all the other servers, but the part about patching order isn't relevant here as Root Abyss is planned for the end of all Tempest updates except for KMS since they were already at Unlimited by that point. All we have that's slightly different is that boss EXP isn't nerfed and that Cygnus is even more brutal as her Dark Genesis kills in one hit which is certainly not the case at KMS.

Hope you guys are able to patch soon and extract, I really want to see what's up.

I know the prepatcher is corrupted but how would I execute/use it in the first place, do I place it in my maplestory folder and just run maplestory?

It has already been confirmed that we aren't getting additional options, which is something MSEA did get.

We aren't getting Additional Options. As far as boss stats and PDR and etc, we aren't getting exactly what KMS got. It's going to be quite a bit different, but I can't share any details on specifics.

Xenon on the EMS homepage, if that means anything.

We get secondaries/hypers/evolving world today, together with that jewel ring craft and anniversary events (that's what the promo page says), and indeed, 10th of may xenons.

Nice one there EMS but...none of these contents are part of Unlimited, you're jumping the gun there. I'm envious that you guys can buy the recipes for Empress equips though and I'd ask about those quote rings but they're obviously not going to be permanent.

Hahaha, no extensions...no way, that's quite a lot of content in one patch and you have a point as this doesn't look big enough to be nearly 1 GB. It's kind of weird to reflect on how EMS is only at 0.90, though it is younger than MSEA and GMS that's still quite a low number.

Thus far I'm only aware of the new UI and boss monster revamps being definite. Everything else is still up in the air, but I wouldn't be surprised if they were also included. EMS is pretty bad when it comes to patch notes, etc.

Most of our 'follow-up patches', like the xenon one will be probably, they're called v90.1 or whatever. Mostly they don't go beyond vxx.3, but that still makes quite the difference.

And I thought MSEA was the only one! Yours at least has a bit more detail than ours but if they're missing something like oh I don't know, only that half with the most important details that's got to be horrible.

[MENTION=6123]kruimel0[/MENTION]; I see. MSEA's minor patches usually go only as far as vxx.2 and they're really rare which would explain the discrepancy. It did catch me by surprise though because I was just thinking that you guys surely didn't skip that many patches!

And out of nowhere eMS has the same (and perhaps more) content as gMS!
