Wasnt RLH changed after the last patch? Coulda sworn one of the extractions had the RLH changed NPCs and totems in it.

The patch you're thinking about only contained the badges for the other KMS RLH. While it does have the maps, none of the npcs or totems were changed.

I don't think anyone uses gachapon anymore. It would be far, FAR cheaper for me to buy Red Leaf High keys rather than Gachapon tickets, and at least then it's 100% chance of me getting the totems I want.
