Sure are a lot of opinions on this patch, but honestly... Meh.

Don't know why people are bitching so hard. If you don't want to do Monster Life then don't. I'm looking forward too it. People complaining about the potential just shows how power hungry people are.

Another thing, weren't some of you people complaining about how's there's nothing to do in Maplestory? Like how there isn't any minigames like Omok for people to do anymore? Nexon makes a minigame, albeit a copy of another game, that allows you to farm chibi mobs and associate with other people in this game, and you people shun it away? The pineapple?

I'll tell you this, were this game introduced long before Big Bang, people wouldn't stop loving it.

it's a game kind of like plinko (which is dropping a token from the top and it falls but there are pegs that can alter where it goes) but the object of the game is to get as many balls as possible, and the way to do that is by trying to get your ball into certain spaces. they don't exchange directly for money but rather prizes/tokens

there's actually a track in maplestory called "pachinko ambience" which is background noise for a crowded area. JMS has this game but i'm not sure of the details, an entire map is dedicated to pachinko.

i think it would be fun but ugh, i don't know about the collective opinion of the developers lol

The only real reason I'm excited for Monster Life is the adorableness of the bosses on there. (x

Only for reasons other than actually wasting time, since the bonuses of this update only make sense because of potential, and the bonuses of this update suck because of potential. If we had free temporary insignificant bonuses before expensive permanent significant bonuses, of course people would love it.

Interesting, but not enough to detract me from my grind to 200. I'm SOOO close.
