2nd Password

Thought I'd share it with u guys...



It's real irritating actually. U have to click the buttons a few times to get the letter u want, just like typing a text message. Sometimes it screws up, e.g. u hav to click 3 times instead of 2 to type a "b". I HATE IT, RAWR, but it gives me more protection against h4x0rZ, and i cant remove it anyway...

dam that really looks anoying, pin cracking with that would be hard though lol

MSEA implemented it a few patches ago. Just FYI, i have REALLY BAD editing skills

Well, if it's to prevent hackers, then it's fine in my book...

It works just like the pins in GMS. When I made mine in SEA/KMS I didn't really have a problem. Just click it once each time and of you go. :f6:

yeah, this is in KMS. It is a lot more annoying than the GMS pin system but it's basically the same.

At least h4x0rZ cant keylog.

I really hope this doesn't come to GMS. It would be annoying and add no real security. Malicious software on your computer could record it just like login id and password.

I think Asiasoft implemented this cos of the "Rise of the Chinese h4x0rZ". Unless there's a major hacking wave in GMS or something, i doubt Nexon would implement it.

There's obviously a limit .

Some people may not know but MapleSEA never had a pin system before this. You just put in your password and logged in. They don't have to put in a pin twice.

U guys at GMS have to have a pin to login?!?! We have a 13-digit pin but only use it to delete characters / send items thru Duey. (GMS uses birthdate or something)

We have to input a PIN after the password . I'll add a screenshot later if I remember.
