How was your day?

Worked a private concert tonight featuring Susan Egan, the Broadway star probably most known here for her voiceover roles as Meg in Hercules and Lin in the English dub of Spirited Away. I had the pleasure of talking with her for a good ten minutes after her performance about her love for Studio Ghibli and experiences with the films, and GAH she was just so sweet and happy to chat with a fan, even though I was delaying her leaving. Such a great night.

I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY, I'M JUST JEALOUS.

It's my birthday!-

And it makes me feel guilty. Finally 18. As soon as I finish college my parents won't get any money for raising me. We're already struggling for money after all the government cuts to benefits, and neither of my parents are fit for work. I also heard that if I fail in my exams then my parents will be forced to pay £11,000 to the government. There's no way we can afford that. I begged my parents to take back the money they got me as a gift because they needed it more than I did but they refused. I hope I don't fail. I hope I can find a job to help support my family. I can't go into university for an entire year because I missed the cut-off, so if I can't find a job then I'll be literally worthless for an entire year.

I read about your situation before in the Angry Dome thread and I'm saddened that you're doing your best and it still might not be enough. With that being said you've made it through 18 years of life now and flourished, I believe you can do it so hang in there and do well!

I finally got the nerve to call the tailor to set up a meeting to get my measurements. She wasn't available today, but we'll be meeting this weekend. I really hope I can get my custom clothes before the 21st of this month. To think that I would waste many days avoiding phone conversations but when I finally get to do it I talk like a normal person would.

Throat's still sore, but I'm getting better. Hope to finish up this Shinx drawing. I was also counting my blessings today.

I'm going to confess to my crush after a month and a half now. I just want closure so I can say that I've done what I could. I don't even fully know what I want either.

Third day of the Springs Fire, and the campus is still under evacuation, with it expected to open tomorrow by 5PM. The fire itself is sitting at about 28,000 acres burned with 40% containment. On campus, there was only a roof or two that got burned, but nothing too bad.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled this Tuesday and, so far, the pain hasn't been too bad. Today it's been a bit more sore than usual and I'm not in the best mood. I took some pain meds and I'm feeling good now...but extremely dizzy, so sorry if I ramble.

I also discovered that my friend, whose main is a Mihile, messed up his build today and can't even place any points in his 4th job mobbing skill. Who the pineapple decided it was a good idea to force players to max a skill in the 3rd job so they can put points in a 4th job skill? I realize there are builds that help people out, but why even give players the choice to max Trinity if it only hurts their character? It's so annoying when developers give players the illusion of a choice. He sent in a ticket, but there's no telling how long that will take.

@Girasol Has anyone at Nexon considered selling SP resets in-game for mesos? I see no reason why players can't get SP resets whenever they want.

I think I ate too many cashews. I can't stop belching. Ugghhh

Got my courses planned out for the fall semester: Microbial genetics, Immunology, Problems in biology, and special topics.

Worried they'll reject me and half of my summer really depends on me getting into this school.

Freshman year of college = over

Got my laptop back. Deleted my Binding of Isaac save again. Did my first run on new save, got Brimstone and Magic Mushroom.

Sadly, I got a few awful rooms that I still don't know how to deal with, and thus I died at the Mom fight because I went in at 1 1/2 hearts.

NOTICE: I've played about 800 hours of Isaac, and there are rooms I still can't deal with effectively.

My dad might be moving to Kentucky, and I might have to find some where to live until August. So many drastic changes about to go down damn.

My throat feels much less sore, but I've been coughing a lot and I think I caught a cold due to fluctuating temperatures. I hope not to infect the tailor tomorrow when I meet her.

Decided to edit some of my shimeji frames. Had some transparency issues at first, but I managed to fix it by copying the image folder and copying and pasting the old frames onto the new ones.

Just finished watching an hour of Antiques Roadshow and now I'm watching my little Colresses clone themselves all over my desktop.

I just exercised my right to:

1) Wake up early
2) Go to my old school
3) Line up for three hours
4) Get my hand smudged in indelible ink (Come on now, you have contingencies for people with no fingers and you want left-handed people to not smudge the ballot when they vote? Put it on our fingers on the right hand!)
5) Vote for change!

The results will be fully out by tomorrow at about 1 am and I'm chilling out at my aunt's place until we're sure no riots will happen. Ulp.

I just thought it'd be black and white. I've always had the mindset that you either like someone or you don't.
I do have a history with his friend (also my ex) though so this "bro code" is probably his source of confusion.
