The permanent icon is a 'different' icon, the one you have won't automatically update. Check your icons again and the permanent one should be somewhere there for you to select.

Played 3 ARAM matches. Won the first one using Annie but lost the subsequent 2 due to some overly ambitious player trying to solo the whole opponent team and giving the first blood before continuing to feed them.

Also, does anyone here play locked screen all the time? My friend recommended me to play unlocked because it helped but it doesn't feel right.
