The only thing I can say for sure is that it may depend on item level too. Well, I did get a clean Necro Wand with 18 MA above normal and total damage 3% but that's really rare.

yeah, it's not a buff like familiars or easter buffs, and it's not a coupon like the cash shop one. It's basically like you have a +20% drop rate potential with the item equipped. (I'm fairly sure legendary pendants can get increased drop rate)

Yes, but do note that a drop familiar and Easter buff wouldn't stack together.

Took me 9 runs (including the first run where i d/ced immediately) to get a rhino that dropped two tickets, and two more runs to get that on 1x.

You're lucky, lol. The Rhinos barely pop up for me. It seems like a 1/10 chance or worse.

Just wish I had an actual character to use it on. ._. I was going to name change my Shadower to it (would have been awesome) but then I got GM police autobanned back in December 2011, and then name changes were removed entirely shortly after. I might use it on the Nova Thief if it fits/if it's cool. Just a mule for now though sadly.
