Update: Someone spilled their coffee over at Nexon. All servers are down until the mess is contained, the proper paperwork is filed, and the container is sent to deep space.

Bah seems I brought my computer on campus for nothing. What a shame.

If you pre-patched earlier, I suggest repatching. I used the new patchfile that was uploaded about an hour ago and I got on.

I had to restore it to the previous version and then apply the newly downloaded patch. Now it works

Is anyone else having issues playing through Steam? It takes FOREVER to load up and then, when I reach the channel select screen, it gives me that error, "Having trouble logging in?" every single time.

I can't launch the game through Gamelauncher.exe or through the Website, because it'll launch JMS instead, so Steam is my only option. >_>

Been logged in for about 20 minutes, have around 16 coins.


I'll be able to get everything I want from the shop 2 times over if the rest of the event is this easy.

I was able to get in TWO times.
First. Selling some stuff quickly before I start the events... crash after it won't sell an item.
Relog. Do a few events, go one map, go another... or not. -crash-
Now, Maplestory thinks it's funny by not showing any worlds to choose from.

The channel disconnect issue from the last patch seems even WORSE now. Before it seemed like a chance at disconnecting, now it happens to me every time I change channel. Including going to the cash shop or to evolving world/dimension invade/monster park/azwan which for some stupid reason send you to certain channels.

also logging in is becoming an issue. Input your PiC and nothing happens, and then you get sent back to the world select screen. attempt to log back in too quickly and you get the "ID already logged in" error and the client shuts down.

sigh.

Worse? I haven't Azwaned today, but am scared to do so now. I was at 60~75% D/C rate before the patch.

As usual with patches that are copy-pasted from KMS, any bugs hot-fixed since the last KMS patch have been unfixed.
In other words: clear out your Etc, get out your looting pet, and head to Link 3.

Enters VL. Crash on first attack.

Nevermind. Enters Ranmaru. Crash at 1/4 HP.

Pfft. Am unhappy.
