they weren't in KMS and there are no hints whatsoever that it will be untradeable in GMS. Why would they be? that would mean creating a whole new set of empress items in the data just for this event. which is dumb.

The "untradeable Empress gear" is mere speculation, based on the fact that Nexon AM's usual "cure" for botting or other event abuse is to make everything untradeable.

I doubt they'll do it. They didn't do it for the Epic Tempest accessories, either.

Well, we have a while. And we can probably trade them (which means they'll be cheap), so getting what you need shouldn't be massively hard xD

In KMS, I believe that the Empress gear was actually pretty rare from boxes, and they limited it so that you can get only one item (armor or weapon, doesn't matter) per account.

If Nexon didn't want Empress gear to deflate, then they should not have created an event like this.

At this point, I highly doubt anyone that's involved with development over at Nexon knows the first thing about economics.
