Quest Kings

Why are the 99/999 quests counted, but not the stuck incomplete quests? Won't your reasoning (that it won't change the rankings without them) work for those too?

The 99 Quests are not counted. Only the 999 quests are counted.

The reasoning for this is that these quests are better kept active so you can do them while passing by. For example, if you somehow go into Ant Tunnel (which you had to in order to do the Mini-Dungeon), you'd be increasing your number of kills without truly having to go there just only to finish your quest. Rather, every time you go, you increase your count by a little bit until it's finished.

What if you find a Blue Mushmom but don't have the quest activated? Are you going to warp to Showa, activate the quest, and then go back and hope it's still there? What if you're in the Ghost Ship and you wanted to kill something? You can add to the count to lessen your workload the next time you come around. Same for the Horntail one, since Manon's are sometimes hard to come by.

And how can you tell that someone didn't just go around and start all those quests without completing them through once >_>

I can't. However, I am sure that most of the top questers on the list have done them at one point in their lives. Not many people even have these in their In-Progress section if you bother checking their screenshots.

Maybe you should add the level of the characters in the table. I always wonder how good I am compared to people around my own level.

I'll post screenshots of my quest list soon (when I finished the ones I'm able to finish on level 79). Will be around 400-410 (yay, at least I'm in the spoiler ).

My Bounty Hunter quests are complete, just semi-stuck. When I went to finish the HH one, I accidently re-activated the BF one instead at first, so the HH one won't officially complete.

Same with Festival of Lights, that one is complete and is sitting on round 2. I cheated and turned in Gelts from last year

I can provide a more detailed SS of those quests's info proving that I did indeed do them if that will make them count.

It doesn't count because it does not affect your score in relation to other people. Most (if not all) people on the list have this incomplete.

This quest is glitched for everyone, therefore will not affect your score in relation with others' scores.

And Jay's Courisity? I'm as far as one can get. If counted: +1

This quest CAN be completed but Nexon did not put in the quest chain. Again, with the other glitched quests, this is not counted.

If you mean that you did it but did NOT redo it, then you have to do it twice to get it off your quest log. If you mean you had it in completed and you reactivated it, then just forfeit the quest and it'll pop back into completed after a while.

Festival of Lights is glitched, but I haven't decided whether or not to count it yet.

and with this, i finally pass froznlite! yey for me! these magatia quests helped me getting 5 quests more than every1 else, and i finally did the lost medal, and another one of huges's quests (i didnt know that you get one when you drop the cape)
i just have to get to 4th job now...

Front page only refers to those that are in-progress. If you have them in "completed", I don't count it twice. If you have anything except for "Cupid's Courier" in "available", then it doesn't count. Therefore, only your "Making the Secret Medicine for Transformation" and "The Lost White Essence" counts.

But hey! If I was your goal to pass and you did it, then that's cool . Darn, though. If I was the level for Pirate PQ quests and had done a ton of other event quests, I'd be a lot higher now.
