Im almost a level 30 flame wizard, how do I get my 2nd job for Cygnus?

I suppose you go back to your Cygnus job instructor?

Yeah. It's just like regular 2nd job, talk to the job instructor then go hunt items out of monsters in the #2 door at the far end of Ereb, past the hunting grounds.
