As far as I'm concerned, anything above +1 atk per chaos is a top notch result, and you got +10 from 7. Unless you plan to return scroll it, you're looking at pretty low odds of doing better next time.

i'm with stereo here, anything over +1 attk per scroll is great. otherwise you'd return scroll+chaos.

Na, only weapons, gloves and superior items get attack, and it is only rarely on gloves.

I said isn't too bad because he complains that his luck sucks. I am saying that his statement is ironic because he then pulls this s'hit out of nowhere. I'm very aware that +3/+4 from chaos scrolls are very nice upgrades.
