How do I make my avatar fit

I don't know if this is the right forum but I want to know how to make this pic fit in my avatar and not look al small and tight like it is atm.

Try this maybe?
If it's already smaller it won't be stretched as much, also gets rid of all the blank black space. Also removed the wolfy part so it's not TOO tall.
It should tighten a little bit I think, but nowhere near as much

cannot be done, your avatar has to comply with the 125x125 pixel requirement. the only way for it to not be shrunk to those dimensions is by having it be at those dimensions (or less) already

mine's 150x150 because i bought the size upgrade from the southperry shop. yours is longer than mine sideways so that's why it crops up so hard.
