They are a lot smaller of a problem, but they are still a problem. Nexon has taken some steps to decrease their dominance over the market and game in the past 6 months, but there is still a long way to go. They still have yet to acknowledge some pretty big hacks that are running rampant right now

For a new person to start, I'd say Khaini is decent. Cheap Empress Gear, and it'll keep getting cheaper at this rate.

I think it should be fairly obvious that Scania and Windia be ruled out.

All CPB drops in Bellocan are from hacks. Don't think we've had more than 3 legit kills.

That's 5x lower than the price in scania for higher end weapons and i noticed 10m cheap-weapon loveless at one point, which is 8-9x the price here, while 2h swords here attempt to reach 1b(and were at one point). I dont really know about all other worlds, but in scania the actual CPB hackers stick to 2 FMs, not the entire henesys market or farther.

The market for high end boss drops (CPB/empress) were absolutely destroyed by hackers. It's been said multiple times, but I want to emphasize the magnitude.
I guess the higher-damage community is affected by hackers a LOT more than everyone else.
