There are inverviews stating it'll carry on as Naruto as Hokage but I can't access them from my work computer.

The only interviews stating that were the fake ones based on a french magazine, with no mention of it ever, EVER being mentioned in japan.

Also... that post is almost 10 months old at this point. I can totally see naruto lasting another 8 before the mangas done. That means nothing.

I highly doubt anyone besides Naruto would become Hokage... there would have to be uber-shenanigans for that to occur

Kishimoto has stated that back in June/July that they just hit the climax, it's obviously going to go downhill from here. He was then forced to clarify based on his approximation it'll last another year and a half from 2012. So itll probably close all up roughly around 2014.

Not necessarily: He needs to stop Madara too, because the infinite Tsukiyomi will affect him just as much as anyone else. And he arguably has a *better* body than Sasukes now anyway- made of the magical "harashima cells" which can solve any problem!

The fact that he went on with the idea of destroying Konoha after realizing all the truth on Itachi's actions was far more retarded. It actually makes more sense for Sasuke to listen to the father of the new ninja world era than to listen to Naruto and turn good.

I knew I couldn't be the only one. After Sasuke revealed he'd fight to save the village, I kept waiting for something bad to happen, like Orochimaru gonig "fufufu..." and revealing he's got other plans. Heck, this "shinobi are beings meant to mke impossible choices to acchieve their dreams" may foretell that Sasuke will do one more crazy thing before this is all over. Before the chapter ended, all Hokages separated from Sasuke's team, so I'm still expecting for something to happen next chapter.

PS: today we've found out whch's the worst character in the manga. Way to suck b@lls after almost being murdered Karin.

Finally back to the fight. Madara face is ready lol At this point i cant tell if obito is on the good or bad side right now. He seems to drag things out and always disagree with madara on actions regarding the fight.

Madara's face is my new nightmare fuel....

Yea I really expected the Hokages and Sasuke to make an appearance, especially since Madara sensed Hashirama's chakra. Guess we will have to settle for more worrying about Naruto's diminishing chakra levels while we wait for the Hokages to come save the day.

He's just building up to the moment when the 4th comes in with his "OMG NARUTO! I GOT UN-DEATH SEALED AND CAN GIVE YOU THIS OTHER HALF OF THE KYUBI'S CHAKRA NOW! Protect ALL the things!"

Boring chapter, nothing really happened other than Obito pulling Kakashi out of the fight, for the rest it was all the same. Expecting the truth about Rin.

I'm feeling Naruto's words are getting worse every time he says them. This time he basically said "shut your mouth, I don't give a pineapple you say all I care is I feel sad without my friends". He is not the smart kind but I'd expect a better arguing.

And I think this settles the relationships. If Sasuke turns good, Sakura wont have a reason to hold her feelings for him.

So Obito knew all along the truth behind Rin's death and was driven by Kakashi and Riin's misfortune to destrhoy the world?. I like it, plays well with Kakashi's guilt and is more orginal than anything that could be said if Obito hadn't known.
