I'm going to take a guess and say the cash shop items/clothes you get are the same as every other "Level-up event", they cannot be put on the cs.

If you mean clean slates from Sengoku shop, yes they are.
If you mean inventory slots from Hot Day, you missed that (it was yesterday), and I don't think they were.
If it's something else, please elaborate?

The chair/title bags are tradable until they're opened, same as ore/herb bags.

Extra inventory line coupons have always been untradeable.

If those were tradable, that would be totally abusable. No, they aren't tradable. They have a note in the description that says they can't be moved to the cash shop,too.
