Blake's Memories

No idea what I'm doing wrong, but I can't seem to get it.

I try clicking on Blake's guitar, nothing happens.
I killed Spirit of Rock a couple times, it does not drop.

The Quest Tip is confusing me too. It says I can get the item from a different quest, "Like The First Time" but I can't seem to activate it.

You should have got a quest in the lightbulb, you need to do that.
