i don't understand how so many people can do sub/on 10 minutes.
i've only shaved off 2 minutes, and this time i didn't stand around before lilynouch/mu gong trying to heal my mp through familiars

am i just awful at this game or do BMs just suck still

There's quite a lot of factors to it, actually:

1) How much is your damage on the bosses?
2) How many hits do you get?

The people that consistently make sub-10 records have characters with a high amount of hits and damage too. I try to cap nearly all the time with my Phantom but I can't do that without the Virtue boost and an Onyx Apple (They're 7 million here) and my best record at present is only 11.10 with one dispel.

anyway, here's today's time and my current range with all buffs



i can do around 1.2-1.4m critical when using wind of frey and i've seen some 500ks from a single hurricane line.

They don't suck, you just need a crap load of funding.
I ran today just to see how much I improved and got 10:39.


Considering I was dispelled twice, didn't bother to time spawns, and only cap (inconsistently) when using Conc and Epic it's definitely possible. BMs are now top 5 when hitting cap. Most of the people ahead of me are ABs that break cap and others that already cap 100%.

With attack pots, no dispels, and timing I could probably get sub 10.

Pre-Nerf, I was able to finish in about 12-13 minutes, depending on the situation.

It was a terrible run, but still. I'm not even sure if I can make Top 50...

Literally a perfect run for me, seeing as i couldn't get better than 10 minutes pre hyper skills
Living in Australia getting like 150-200 ping makes it so hard to get perfect spawn, never getting better than this

I'd like to know what your time is now after the patch? I hope it's still good cause you've been motivating me to keep going with the AB.

I just tried dojoing for the first time since the AB nerf. I'm still capable of clearing every floor. My time should have been 7:0x; however, ever since the patch, there's been a 1~2 second delay after each dojo spawn. The bosses appeared, but were untouchable for a brief duration. These accumulated delays added at least ten seconds to my time.

Ok great! Thanks, there's still hope as an AB. I'll continue then...

It's super annoying how the first second of the monster spawning makes them untouchable now

Well my run was s'hit compared to many of you, but I don't think this was so bad for my first run in forever.


Good to know that you can't attack them right as they spawn (wasted so many GG on that...). Also it's a pain in the ass having to wait for them to spawn and my 3 seconds of iframes helped increase my time by a ton lol.

[MENTION=6028]Death[/MENTION]; as a follow up from my previous post, I tried dojo. I missed quite a lot of bosses, actually. If it had stopped spawning to the left i could have gotten a lower time. I also missed leviathan spawn by a whole 9 seconds.

I guess 8:20 is possible with my machine and connection.
