I'm still waiting for that penguin with guns champion that was spoken in the forums.

Thats sorta what i though. Have to see moar details before i can make a decent strategy around that, but i guess it will be sorta like Pokeing with Q, then closing in with E, activating W quickly then Self Casting Ult. Major Beacon of Balls to the Wall disaster.

Story here, basically she's an evil witch from centuries ago that infiltrated the Freljord tribes by killing and taking the place of one of the princesses, then continuing to do so with her heirs until now.

I have this weird feeling that doing the W->R->Hourglass combo along with an Oriana ult or something that keeps people into one place will become the new meta. Sort of.

That and Lissandra ult + Trundle Wall at a jungle route = ultimate wall

She seems like she's very similar to puck with her mechanics and playstyle. That is, a relatively squishy mage who plays as a teamfight initiator and can survive due to her abilities. Depending on how fast her Glacial Path travels and how long her ult is, she can survive basically anything with a combo of E′+selfcast ult (or Zhonya's)+E′′, similar to an Illusory Orb + Phase Shift + Ethereal Jaunt combo.
It's a pity there's no blink dagger in LoL because otherwise she'd be amazing. The way she exists in LoL is that she has to use Glacial Path for either initiating or escaping and can't use it for both which is really a problem if you're going to build her with a Zhonya's rush; it leaves her with no real escape mechanic if you're going to try and make plays with E′+E′′+W+R (either self or enemy cast) combo. Although, she is basically a better version of Morgana. She has a similar large disable and performs a similar role but has a natural initiation and has a natural Zhonya's, two things that Morgana has to use summoners or spend a fairly large amount of gold to get.
She'll be quite strong if her numbers aren't stupid.

I'm so buying Lissandra, Ice Drake Shyvana skin, and that legendary Anivia skin. <3 EVEN IF I DON'T KNOW HOW TO PLAY THEM.
