v.132 - Hyper Evolution Update Highlights
Proxied Wrote:yeah haha I picked up the random stats part but like..wondering if anyone has any idea what the range of the stats are. Like if anyone has a screenshot of one found on insoya or something that would be cool. I don't know how to look through that website Sad

Zerard Wrote:Soo, random thought (rather, question).

Will shields be able to get weapon potentials as of this patch?
I don't see why they wouldn't be.
If they aren't it will put some classes (warriors mostly) in a bit of a pickle.

Yes, unless GMS changes something. That's why I stocked up on Timeless shields during Sengoku.

Oh, but they can't be that cruel!

Scratch that, I mean they can't be that suicidal or stupid if they lasted this many years without people trying to tear their HQ down. Rolleyes

Assuming Nexon doesn't mess anything up and I can finally unequip my Kaiser's essence this might go down as one of the best patches in my book.

Also hoping they change HT and CHT's drop requirements. ~_~

Is this something that you can do right now? Enter CHT/HT in a single person expedition?

Yes it is.

The drop requirement for CHT is still having 6 people though right?

Uh I think it's 10 actually, and you all have to be alive and in the room for an hour before his stupid ass drops anything. The system is outdated as pineapple and needs to go.

Ten.
And an hour from when the body is summoned.

Stereo Wrote:So the effects of cores are a single 30 minute instance, and then they're used up, and you're back to the 'base' level maps?

Do cores take up inventory space?

The name had made me hopeful it was something that you could just keep stacking improvements onto by playing every day, if cores are a one-time thing I probably won't grind it much unless it's better soloing than SH :/

No, they don't use inventory space, but yeah, they only affect one instance. There are certain cores that can permanently change the world, but in minor ways, pretty much just expansion. You start out with 5 maps, but you can increase that up to 9 by doing certain missions.

The cores are in their own separate inventory type thing that show up when you choose to enter the evolving world, the circular holes are for drops, monster stats, and missions, while the square holes are for environmental changes, like background, music, monster skins.

As you can see here, I've unlocked map 6 through a mission. Each map has a special quest that you can do to get Evo Coins, but they also drop from monsters. The best map for drops is probably Map 3, I believe it is, where, every so often, a machine in the map will vac all the monsters to the center for a few spawn cycles until it breaks, and the monsters scatter until it turns on again.

Proxied Wrote:Hey, just wondering, does anyone know about the pocket item "ESS square" (Specifically the stats that can be obtained on it)? I can't find ANY information on it other than the fact that it exists and comes out with this update from orangemushrooms blog.

The ESS Square is potentially better than the +5 PvP Pocket, but I don't know the exact range. It can go up to 5 atk, and have more than 5 to a stat, even without additional options, but here's a picture of one after the additional option system, as you can see, it also has +2% All Stats, which gives it an edge over the PVP pocket item. (I mean this particular one, not that they all have +2% All Stats).

They more than likely will include the revamps, since what they're doing is essentially combining all three patch files into one. They wouldn't go out of their way and remove the revamps for no reason, lol.

Hurray for Cannoneer and Shadower buffs Biggrin
