Angelic Buster level 2 link skill

On Max's blog, he said that Angelic Busters gain a level 2 link skill with Unlimited.

Elf’s Blessing: level 2 – 15% bonus experience
Deadly Instinct: level 2 – 15% critical chance
Guardian of Light: level 2 – 110 second duration
Permeate: level 2 – 15% defense ignored
Iron Will: level 2 – 15% HP
Soul Contract: level 2 – 90% damage increase (45% for Link Skill)

I'm confused, is that a 90% damage increase on top of the 100% damage increase that it already gives?
because at the moment it gives 100% damage for Angelic Buster and 50% damage when linked.

Would it be 95% damage when linked after unlimited?

My guess is the link skill was previously nerfed in KMS, so there isn't really a way to tell what it will be in GMS.

Indeed it was nerfed.

It use to be Lv 1: 100% damage (50% linked), but then nerfed to 60% (30% linked). They added the Lv 2: 90% (45% linked) when they added those Lv2s for link skills.

Nerved at the last Hyperskills-patch there, aka Resistance/DS/Cannoneer.

(beginner) Soul Contract‘s damage buff has been decreased from 100% to 60% for Angelic Burster, 50% to 30% for linked characters
That would be level 1, and level 2 would be 90 % instead of 60% for AB, and 45% instad of 35% For Linked.

Ew, so even with level 2 link skills it's still nerfed? that's just gross.

I rather they extend the duration of AB link for lv2 instead of increasing damage, maybe make it 15 or 20 second.

Confirming that it's 60% or 90% for ABs, and 30% or 45% for characters with the link. Not 90+45 / 60+30 for ABs.

%chance of cooldown ignore is a wonderful thing. Sometimes proc 3 terms in a row.

nahh pomegranate. i really don't want to go on my AB to get it to 120
i can hardly stand playing it because all i can do with it is star bubble.

it's still bugged and freezes on skill tabs greater than the first.
