Enough, please. Nothing was ever passed off as fact or opinion. The original post was just a comment. I wasn't complaining about a lack of hyper skills, nor was I demanding that they work faster or growing impatient. If you assume any of those three things, we have a misunderstanding and you should message me about it.

Please just PM me if you have an issue with it. I'm not looking to spawn a multi-page flamewar. Just talk to me directly.

I hope to dear God that there's no strings attached to those chairs from the paints event. My Kanna and Hayato can use a chair. Rolleyes

I found the Red Paint in the Appearance > Beauty Parlor > Hair/Face/Skin sections on 3 characters. I also found the Green Paint in the Face section after I got the red paint.

I found paint in the Equipment Modification->Other several times. Also in Equipment->Bottom->Pants.
Also found Yellow, Black, Green, and Blue paints.
Obviously an event intended to teach you what's where in the cash shop, but, a free chair is a free chair.

Just to make it "Laughably easy mode", use filters. if you have no nx, select "affordable", and even if you have, pick "From lowest to highest".

Either paints go first, or they are the only thing on screen. Searching won't work though, I think. Still worth a try, couldn't try before I got kicked by the server check.

Girasol is right, it is fixed.

I tried it on my Kanna, saw that he didn't show up and logged off.
I relogged later after Girasol posted and tried again, he still didn't show up, this time I left the room properly. That was my 2 tries for the day

I tried it on my Battle Mage, who had only ever fought him once and had killed him.
The first time I entered he did not show up, but the second time (after leaving the room via the portal and remaking the expedition) he DID show up.

It looks like you have to go in once to reset the counter, and then he should spawn normally.
