Does Magatia have a hair salon? If yes...would we be getting new hair? ?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't since Ariant has one. Seems like 1 per "region". Henesys and Kerning have them for Vic, there's one in Orbis, none in Nath, 1 in Ludi, none in KFT/Aqua, 1 in Mu Lung, none in Herb Town, etc.
