I only wish I had the extra cash to get the comics so I can see just how much is different. Nice to see however Kick Ass is more savvy this time and buffed up as well as got body armor at certain points of the movie. Jim Carrey is simply icing on the cake.

Would you have expected anybody else? He was also in the 1st movie, playing the exact same character that becomes the Motherf'ucker, Red Mist. They'd be a little crazy to change up the cast of the original characters to the sequel, since you would then have people arguing over the acting quality of the original actor vs the new one.

Not much difference actually, just the origin of hit girl its totally and completely twisted and kick ass doesn't actually get the girl. Most of the stuff is true to the comic.

It's more that you made it sound like you didn't know Christopher Charles Mintz-Plasse was in the 1st Kick Ass movie as the drug lord's son, not that you didn't know know there was a character in the comics named the Motherfu'cker.
