Flying Mounts Clear all Buffs and Debuffs

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
The following actions cause the game to call a function that clears all buffs and debuffs (with a few exceptions).

• Dismounting from a flying mount without soaring active.
  
• Dying
  

This isn't supposed to happen under normal conditions.

It's similar to what happens when players revive, but with a few notable differences

• 2 hour alchemy Potion Buffs are also removed
  
• Empress Bomb is not removed

Why does the 'dying clear all buffs' glitch keeps coming back and leaves periodically? Whenever it returns, soul stone stops working.

This really grinds my gears.

Oh well at least people can get rid of nasty debuffs while this is glitched. Getting rid of potential lock and getting rid of status in dojo is pretty cool.

This glitch usually occur days before a scheduled game update, and magically clears itself after the update (or not).

Usually when this glitch happens, binds and crashes can be stacked together, but apparently not this time.

Bind and crash stacking stopped breaking a year or two back I believe. The last dozen or so occurrences of the buff glitch didn't have bind and crash stacking.

Still broken after the server check. Just a heads up in case anyone's relying on revival buffs lol

Fixed for now after the "scheduled" server maintenance. It might break again in the future though. Always seems to break.

The last occurrence of bind / crash "stacking" happened in June, 2012, but that was when I found out about it. Have no idea if it happened again after that timeframe.

Glitched again, and it should still disable Soul Stone and Final Feint. Someone might want to check if Heaven's Door works or not.
