You'll need 10 people in cave for it to drop something, and since it's instanced it isn't worth finding 9 other people to go NHT for egg, because it doesn't even drop 100% anymore.

CHT is still the same, 10 people needed to be in cave to have drops, though there are still some people going for CHT runs every now and then

Wow.... just wow....
Would rather take a bunch of people to do CHT instead of regular horntail =\ Getting 10 people to kill HT just seems like a waste and a huge hassle, and at least CHT would be more "worth it" and still a chance to get an egg :S

At least you can still go HT and get your kill counts up ! Heart

Current HT slayer is at 500+ kill counts... so nope
PB slayer is more feasible at the moment.. at 131 kill counts now though Tongue

Not worth the trouble of hunting cry.. Too many people got NHT just for the exp :S

100 in a little under 2 hours! Pretty fun class although some of the ways the camera moves make me a little dizzy

The way the camera kind of lags with the movement combos makes me dizzy, but Hayato is really fun to play. Somewhat tempted to make some STR equips to play it more...

Curtiss; Every SS you posted, I have been secretly watching your levels creep up and was waiting for you to finally hit 200. I had to scroll back like 6 pages just to pineapple it LOL. Congrats, man! The first 200 is always sweetest~

OT: Will SS Hayato once I play it again. Work beckons Rolleyes

Already prepared its LHC drops + 6% STR things! Cannot wait to give it 9% 12% things :3

That is some dedication, so here's a pineapple back for such a touching gesture! As for the 'first' I think it's safe to say that I will never get another level 200 simply as it's not worth the effort given how much of a struggle it was even with the easiest class to level. Rolleyes

To the many Level 100 Hayato that just recently posted, is getting to Level 100 really that quick or yall just funded as fudge?

2 hours is INSANELY quick in my opinion.

You forgot crazy prepared. If you rush to the popular areas before everyone else it's possible even without a lot of funding.

You don't have to be prepared or funded to get to 100 that fast actually. Just an attack glove, some e. rings and some link skills and you're good to go.

The most important part is getting to popular areas before everyone else.

Exactly. Your funding only becomes critical if you're going for 200 but you'll need some luck along with a lot of backup then. *Sigh* I wish I could train a character now, perhaps I'll level up my DB to 100 to form 2/3rds of my Thief deck.

Not really, basically what Mazz do involves little to no planning or anything, or crazy gear (at least on my end). Basically we just throw some common gear in storage the night before. For me this is just evo rings, a mask, a pac, all stat earrings and a couple other things based on whatever class it is, for Hayato, I didn't really have any low level str gear so what I listed above was it.

The trick is to log in as soon as the patch goes live, or close to it. The earlier the better. Make your character, jump on your other link mules and link whatever you want to, set up your character cards for whatever class it is, get a 2x card and use an HS mule. Also, if the class offers 1.5x coupons every 5 levels from 50-100, that helps a ton too.

90% we forget to do something, DC a bunch, get locked out of our characters for a bit and whatever else usually happens when a patch goes live.

Honestly, we could do this much faster, but we usually party together until about 70, until we can solo an Aliens 6 map.

We got pretty lucky with Hayato, we each only DCed once, and we both leveled to 100 after about 1h 40 minutes! Definately one of the funnest/fastest despite no 1.5x coupons.

We've pretty much been doing this since Legends.

How I wish I could do that with my friend. Of course, it's hindered by how the both of us loathe training. Biggrin

Honestly, I don't even really play maple right now, the last couple times I've logged in was to just grind new characters to 100/120 for the link skill/character cards. To me, my motivation is a) to keep my account up to date and b) get it over with while it's fast and easy (instead of dealing with filled maps and ksers)

I'm waiting for the patch where I want to do that (DAMMIT WHERE'S THE REVAMPS) but for now my friend and I have decided to farm Ergoth like it's Harvest Moon so that we can pot all of our Cygnus equips, sell them for more money and stock up on whatever makes us rich.

It's too bad too, there's so many 1.3x and 1.5x coupons out right now that I'd like to train up a character but my Phantom just hit 200 and my higher-level characters would have to resort to PQs anyway.

Ah, I see. Thanks for your detailed reply. I wish I knew what character cards were and I have zero link skills aha. Not to mention no spare NX to spend on 2x and no HS mule, let alone an extra computer to use if I did have one. But without all those, I shouldn't be too much behind if I plan on doing this method in the future.

P.S.: Hello fellow El Nidoran~
EDIT: Btw, your character Saprentus was one of my few inspirations for my Bowmaster. My hair/eyes match yours exactly (I loved your combo once I saw it) and my main is too a Bowmaster and was created once El Nido (a new world, like Galicia) launched.
