So i found an old account of mine, and it needs verifying. I have done dam near every veryfing thing under "Account management" and it still wont activate. I've asked nexon to send me an activation code to activate my account and all the do is just derp everywhere and make excuses like "you should be able to play" "it should work". Well clearly it isnt... does anyone know a 100% way to reset and verify your account. I just tryied the "Reset account via email" didnt work.. it just changed my password. Thanks

Its from a long time ago with me as well, i just now find the info and it needs verifying. I remember back when u had to verify your account to change ur password or whatever i guess i never did. Now its just frozen in time.

Pretty sure they send you an email with a link you have to click.

Theres not one there sadly. Sent tickets asking them to fix it, did everything on the website that sends me any sort of link to "Verify" and nothing.

I believe I've read that they have problems with certain e-mail providers blocking their verification e-mails (not even putting them in the spam folder). Can't recall which providers those were, but you might try googling that?

Also, are you using Hotspot Shield or something which might cause them to think you're not in North America?

I believe Yahoo was one of them but that should've been fixed.

It's from like a long time ago, this email verification they are wanting an entirely different verification than what they want nowadays which just requires opening an email and changing a password. I tried literally everything on the website. Nothing on google relates to it.
The problem is the fact i needed to reverify my acc ages ago and now its just stuck...
