Question about Kanna Link

Kanna link give 10% dmg?

10% attack? or 10% total dmg to your range?

Or 10% to your overall final dmg?

base on the info i gather .... kanna link is 10% magic and attack i think this should be right?

I thought MATK was Magic% and WATK was Attack%

In JMS the same names that are used for MATK and WATK are the same things as the %Potential, so when he said %Attack I assumed he meant either. Didn't realize in GMS it was literally "+x% Attack".

the problem of 10% total dmg that ... total dmg doenst shown in your range

so in my point of view it most likley 10% magic and attack

i test on my attack % with potential and it seem like to be 10% attack and magic cuz my dmg didnt goes propotional by 10%

I've heard that 10% (m)/attack is the same as 10% range before but I don't understand it. Because attack isn't the only thing your range depends on, so it's confusing to me.

I have ~21% total damage (31 if you include link) and ~155% boss damage.
No att %

It seems to be quite simple really. 10% of your range.

With 60k range my range goes up by 6k, it's that simple.

number-wise, %(M.)attack is the same as %damage

formula-wise, it's different, meaning they both give the same increase but they change different values in the formula to do so.

i've been told (i haven't been able to test it myself, sorry) that kanna's link skill is 10% damage, but stacks multiplicatively with %boss and %total damage potential (kind of like berserk) while also displaying in range.

The other proof would be that you can see that it's multiplicative with your % att and % mag att, and additive with other sources of % total damage that show up in range.

but %total damage that shows in range is additive with that which also doesn't show in range (for the most part) like boss%, so that would mean kanna's link and boss% are additive.

effect is the same for kanna and the linked character.

I'm observing Kanna's link as multiplicative with Total Damage. With Catalyze, my range is 30% higher than clean with the Kanna Link, and 43% higher than clean without the Kanna Link, and similiarly, with both Catalyze and Transfiguration, I'm seeing 60% higher than with the link and 76% higher than without the link.
