Corsair(the one ive seen the least. literally ive only seen one at LHC in the past 6 months).

Jett, Wild Hunter, Corsair, Bowmaster, Paladin are the top 5 that come to mind, but both F/P and I/L Arch Mages are pretty uncommon and Dark Knights are few and far between as well.

Whenever I am training a new character at the low level popular training locations I never see any new DK's, whenever I am training my DK at the popular higher level training locations I never see any DK's.

I wouldn't really count Cygnus since they're more of a mule character rather than something you would turn into a main, at least until the Cygnus revamp.

Wild Hunter, Dark Knight, Aran, Mechanic, and either Arch Mage, imo.

Mercedes, Wildhunter, Marksman, Demonslayer, Paladin.
I saw not a single one of these in the past two months.

Im starting to see some paladins when I first log in.

Hard to come up with a list cause some of the "underplayed" classes are either in guild or on my BL and I see them a lot.

Cannoneer, Mihile, Jett, I/L Mage, Dark Knight. I saw a few low leveled Cannoneers and Jetts right when they were open for creation again, but I don't think I've ever seen a 4th jobber for either of them. Besides I/L mages and DKs I don't even know what the rest of their 4th job skills look like. +_+

The only mikhail I saw within the past month was either my own or a fm merch.

Same, the players in my guild that I chat & boss most with have DrK and Buccaneer mains so it's harder to say.

I haven't seen a Wild Hunter at 4th job, literally ever, though. So I'm gonna go with that.

I actually see varieties of jobs all the time but I would say I meet Captains/Corsairs a lot less often than any other job.

About this though, it maybe because how MSEA handled Captains.

Captain was rare species in MSEA, then when it got it's revamp we got a very serious bug that reduce our damage output by more than 70% making everyone who wanted to play captain gave up and more existing captains quit, even though it's fixed but it's too late to make people play captains already.

During that period, almost all Captains in Cassiopeia quitted, even people in Cassiopeia facebook group know it's me when someone mentioned "that active captain".
