i think i'll stop hunting for DSI inner then, +1 skill level on my passives and 34? 44? % buff duration is nice.

need to train (and find a space!) for that mech though.

Hello, 100% critical rate after Hypers. Not bad for one of the only classes left that does not have a critical rate boosting skill before Hypers. Rolleyes

11% critical rate. after hypers this gives me 99% crit. crap on other two lines

TROLLTASTIC.
(unless i equip my crit ring, but i really don't want to..)

i'm honestly not sure what to do with this, because us archers have a skill which basically means "miss = 100% crit for something seconds" and that's quite often to me.. unless the dodge chance does not count towards this?

Just continue till you get boss damage, its really not worth keeping % crit on any archer, especially not bm.

Well, consider the critical ring gives 10% minimum critical damage again... Just made it a bit harder.

Basically that equates to 1 attack or 8 hurricane arrows.

I have 100% crit and I won't be re-circulating ever. It really makes things so much easier and better for hitting cap.

When exactly do you get the 3rd level? I've seen people with 60 honor get it and i've heard you have to have level 70. So which is it? Im at like 49 right now and i might as well keep going if its only 60.

It's 60 as mentioned above and the change was made during Tempest. You might have gotten confused since some people got to level 70 prior to the patch so they might not have known any better.

Yeah, thanks. Well i just did a few and got 11% boss. worth keeping? or should i keep going. I got mine to level 60 recently.

45 Superior Circulators left, 11% boss, nothing else good.

Keep for sure, anything past 10% boss damage is a keeper imo. You can get max 20%(per line), 9% wont make a big difference, especially when the chances of getting anything better than 11% isnt that big. My friend burned through 300 circulators after giving up his 12% boss damage, he wanted to aim for 15%+ but he eventually settled for 11%.
