Hate to bump an old thread, but anyone get EO4 (Etrian Odyssey)? I beat the main storyline as of last night, but there's a ton of end-game content, including an entirely new labyrinth..

Don't worry about that, if a thread is considered "old" on southperry, the forum will automatically prevent you from posting in it. The only reason the thread didn't get posts for a while is because the two main games that would be discussed right now (Monster hunter, fire emblem) both managed to get their own threads.

I logged 50 hours into it in 4 days, somehow (currently at 60). Game is awesome, though notably easier than the first 3, despite being playing the "regular" mode. I beat the 3 dragons today (extending my level cap to 99), and am working through the decidedly creepy final Maze, though I'm thinking I might grind out to 99 before finishing it (my team keeps getting wiped on the 3rd floor due to gimmicky insta-kill attacks and pomegranate).

I went ahead and pre-ordered Luigi's Mansion 2 as well as Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. I'm not a raving fan of the latter, but I liked the first few games from the DS, and I'm assuming the next few are going to be basically the same.

. Same deal, but EVERYONE who ever registered a 3ds xl in europe got a free game, and we didn't have to buy any other game either.

I actually enjoy it in short bursts of like a couple of customers. Not sure how anyone could play it for hours mind you.

Hmm. Not a bad soundtrack, I'm desperately hoping Bravely DEfault : Flying Fairy comes out in NA and Europe though, that games OST alone is amazing.

Firs time I've seen that trailer. Was there a nintendo direct I missed? Seems pretty good, haven't played an SMT game yet though, I have put down a preorder for SMT: devil survivor though, which is out on the 29th in europe. Only a year and a half after everywhere else Sad

More importantly, we actually have some 3ds game news as of today! Nintendo finally announced Flipnote studio 3d.

It'll be a free download (though it'll have a small cost to upload animations you make to the nintendo servers), but you can export anything you make as gifs or .avis for free, presumably to your sd card then upload them via your computer.

In case no-one saw some of the amazing stuff people did with the original DSi app, heres some examples

Except now the 3DS version will let you make it in 3d and has a much larger support for different colours. I can't wait to see some of the amazing things people make on it!

And apollo justice is confirmed to appear in ace attorney 5, and it looks like he's run into a bit of trouble!

Having a bit of trouble finding the full scan to see if there is any new info, court records hasn't mentioned much on it though.

I still maintain that MSDS was quite the entertaining game.

Too bad the 3DS is region locked, though. Means we can't find out if MS3DS will be similar unless we get lucky.
