I like how I wasn't even on the game when I got permanent ban. I logged a ticket and they won't release my account because of "Malicious activities." My friends logged tickets for me and they got answers like "The account was blocked due to suspicious activities." I honestly don't know why I was ban and never hacked and or took part an exploits, I have been playing before pirates came out on my main account 100% legit and I am against hacking/cheating but nexon won't unban me. I spent over 1000 dollars on that account and I'm not using that as "oh I spent money give me my account back" but more like seeing as how I spent that kinda money I deserve a better answer than "Malicious activities" if they do indeed have proof of me hacking or using exploits I'd like to see it because if ill never get that account back I at least deserve the closure of knowing why. I just wanna continue playing the game and I don't wanna start over because I have lost so much on that account and I refuse to spend another dime on nexon cards. I have logged another ticket and I am hoping for a better result than the last one.
