I've lurked the area for a few years, and now that I've joined I can come out and say that I'm glad you've done the work you've done.

Thank you for providing a lot of what you have to us! I trust everything you decide will be in good hands, and I can only hope things will keep improving for you!

I can somewhat foresee Nexon release the actual Black Mage for you to kill, for hype or something else (maybe for Fiel to eat his shirt). There was some speculation before where the Black Mage was actually a minion of something else bigger, I might be wrong but that's still a possibility. I do get the point that Nexon might not let you kill or do something that would end the plot for the game, or even the game itself, especially if there's no planned shutdown for it anytime soon.

Well, you'll never know as nothing is for certain. Think Nexon would be one of those companies that wouldn't mind milking the plot for what it's worth and pulling out random plot twists for those that do care about the story?

More corrupted Transcendences. They can introduce more after the Black Mage. Or there was a bigger mastermind behind him all the while

I don't think I was ever interested in extractions, until recently maybe, but it's still sad to see you go.

I wanted to take this thread and thank you dearly for what you've done over the years. The extractions, the chinchillas, everything. It goes without saying how much people appreciate your work.

But I'd also like to thank you, and words aren't enough, for what you've done with this site.

I've made real friends over this forum. I've met people in real life through here. This forum has a stupidly good community, and it was all based around you, you were a cornerstone. You set the example and people followed. Yes, by now you may be saying to yourself that I'm spouting nonsense and that all of that was work of the community itself, but you had a lot to do with it. You stood there by the forum when the DMCAs hit, when we were putting out so much pomegranate to the forum that it was a gigantic trollfest (remember Flugzeug? Hah) and still you hang in there, trying to tie the loose ends and working to make this place better. Maybe you don't realize what you've accomplished and maybe you do and it's why you're able to walk away with you head up high knowing you leave your baby in good hands and that your work is done.

You're not given enough credit as the founder, former admin and extractor of this site.

All in all, thanks a lot Paul, for creating this space, for me it was a blessing and an honour.

Best of luck in your future endeavours and keep on chinchilling out there! I hope I stumble upon you on reddit some day.

It looks like I'm a little late to the party.

I think I can speak for everyone on Southperry when I say that you've done everyone who still takes interest in maple a great service. Even though I've only been playing for a little less than two years, I can tell that every time Nexon busted out a patch (whether it be for KMS or GMS or any maple in between), I checked back here for your extractions. Just the sheer number of them that lie about in the extraction section is monument of your hard work over the years. There's no doubt in my mind that maplers everywhere owe you a great deal.
