to people who say o look at the multitude of lvl 200s...these people have all been around a long time. i don't personally know all of the servers of course, but from reading up on all the gratz threads, these people have all invested years into maple. for me personally it took 30 months. newer servers have the luxury of 2x and new maps from the get-go but the older ones still have old-time server pride. i think people underestimate just how hard it actually is to hit 200 in maple. even as a mage one hitting an entire map and ON 2x, you gain 1-1.5%/hr. took bawble close to a month to go from 199 to 200 as he was getting about 0.85%/hr

sorry just had to toss in my 2 cents >.< the game has been out for years so it's only natural for people to hit end-game. if we DIDN'T see this, then we should worry since maple already takes an insane amt of devotion to hit end level.
