Pony General:"Season 12 will never air" edition.

Other than a certain pegasus showing up, I really didn't like this episode. It felt rushed, and like two very distinct episodes that should have been kept separate.

I have to disagree, Season two is still my overall favorite season, and three is probably my least favorite, although, Sleepless in Ponyville, One Bad Apple, and Wonderbolts Academy were GREAT.

I think that they were a little stretched this season, between trying to please Hasbro, the fans, and the actual demographic. I'm looking forward to season four when Megan starts writing again.

Still great season 8/10.

Though, I SUPPOSE if it is a three-parter, I can forgive it's massive, glaring flaws of being rushed, silly, and a desperate attempt to retain some semblance of plot in light of Hasbro Executives pushing toy sales.

And as well, they were only given so much money to produce a 13-Episode season, but however, they lost too much staff between the gap of S2/S3, except the addition of 4 new writers, they just didn't have enough to run a full-on 26-ep season...Also remember, they're expected to have more seasons. But if they continue to get leeched off Hasbro, the writing and the demographic are slowly gonna fade. They need to top this Season tenfold just to keep us.
Towards being rushed, it did.

 The Allicorn Theory -My Take-

Contrary to the fact if you guys remember back in "Magic Duel", not even Twilight could cast a so called "Age Spell" alone without the "Allicorn Amulet". So this means the Amulet gave Trixie equal or even more of the power a typical Allicorn has. So this means Twilight, Luna, Celestia, and Cadence can all use the spell at free will and not have any suffering after-effects. This as well means she can cast a spell on their friends.
Bottomline, this means the only way to truly "kill" a Allicorn is if they're magic becomes too restricted (in other words, they fall immensely ill, Celestia forbid, or any other means,) to the point where they can't cast the spell, you manage to kill them with any instrument of torture, or they choose to accept death for a greater reason, or they commit a act of self-bravery...aka sacrificing themselves/suicide for the greater good.

They don't live forever. They choose when to die.

Some examples would be Cadence, as she's still living after so long and her empire fell.
Despite that, where's her parents? Or in that fact, any means of family? Who knows, time will tell.

I may have started watching since the beginning, but I never officially searched up/looked into the fandom till today, the same very release date for "Sonic Rainboom" AND "A Friend in Deed" (Febuary 18th)
...To this day, my favorite episodes from Season 1 and 2 respectively.
