Not exactly. They've only increased the maximum once, from 15 to 18.

I can't figure out why they do this. If they increase the max to, like, 32 now, what do they lose? There are no free coupons out, so people who want to make a 19th char now - maybe one of those classes that will be unavailable after the patch - will have to pay NX for it. Profit? Profit.
If they increase the max by one each time, and give out a coupon for that one slot, they are denying themselves the option of selling char slots. That's plain dumb.

I have to agree with this, there is absolutely no disadvantage to them increasing the slots.
You usually have to pay for an extra slot, the character created in that slot will probably require funding at some point, it's all profit for them, so it's weird that they are being so tight-arsed about it.

I just realized that they are probably going to have to change Kanna's hot time hat. I don't think a pink ribbon in your hair will suit most guys.

On a related note i'm interested in seeing what the Male Kanna's outfit will look like, they must be completely different from Female kanna's.

I really hope that we will receive another slot. I haven't played MapleStory in months and feel like returning just to play Kanna, but I really don't want to delete one of my precious characters to make room. Kanna should be quite fun to level up considering that I have about a year's worth of new content to play through now. My, how time passes by so quickly.

while the idea of crossdressing guys certainly makes me shudder me, it's probably because not enough people are doing it unlike girls. so i agree, i demand more.

I think it depends on how they do it. I once saw a guy cross-dresser who did an impressive job with his outfit, but because it kept sliding down it was difficult to appreciate since that guy must have had a hell of a time picking up his skirts every five minutes or so.

It doesn't matter if it makes me happy or not. Someone's choice to identify or live as a transvestite doesn't have any serious impact on how I live my life, so all the power to them.

Excite for Kanna/Aengoku/possibly Hayato but dissapoint for delayed hyper skills. Probably gonna play Kanna tho.

Also, male crossdressing kanna... I can't wait for the sweetly hilarious outcry in the immature (read: majority) of maple's community.

I just need a character slot expansion. I'm maxed at 18 and I can delete characters im not attached to but that is significantly harder than an expanded maximum. And I'll have a problem with future classes if they don't expand anything further. I'm basically at enough slots for kanna, hyato, and xenon. i can't actually expand slots any further to get any other new characters and they all have link skills too...

Never got into the whole Hayato and Kanna hype/craze, but that link skill looks very nice.

Guess this might mean that they are thinking of making one big patch for Explorer+Resistance hypers.
