I agree that the layout looks nothing like how it usually is though. Good faked pictures though, probably some of the best drawn fake pokemon I've seen. maybe the pokemon aren't fake but the way it's presented is? that's probably being too optimistic.

Saw some interesting speculation about Xerneas, and a connection with the supposed "DNA" themed.
Something about Xerneas's antlers and the coloured gems resembling a sort of neural connection in the brain and electric signals. So it's speculated that it is Electric/Psychic.

I would personally love this.

Those evolutions are cool and all, but Froakie's final evolution is too much like Serperior, just with appendages. Finnekinwhateverthepineapple reminds me of Lucario as well, except it farts flames.

Not... really. A serpentine body is the only similarity. And then that's also saying that Serperior is too much like Ekans, Arbok, Serviper, Rayquaza...
chinese dragons are depicted as serpent like, kinda like Gyarados.

Fennekin is just like Vulpix/Ninetails anyway.

I will be so so so very sad with another fire/fighting type fire starter. Fire starters are my favs, but I don't think i could handle another one

I have no problem with the fire/fighting starters we have, but like Netto said enough is enough. I would be happy if Fenny was just pure fire with no side type. Of course if they do go fire/fighting again I won't rage or anything, but I will be disappoint.

Yeah, I don't like the concept of either of these Pokemon, though the final stage of the Fire starter might not be the same typing as the Blaziken line (Fire/Fighting) unless GameFreak decides to make them that typing like they did in Generations 4 and 5. Fire/Fighting type starter concept better not be a Pikachu syndrome, otherwise pomegranate's gonna hit the fan.

And speaking of Pikachu knock offs, I hope there isn't a Pikachu clone.
