And also. Did they increase the max character slots for the revamped Cygnuses or they stayed like they were? We are starting to run low on space for link skills...

Probably an upgraded version of the empress set. Inb4 Chaos empress.

Probably to give people other options. Not everyone is going to be able to get 150 stuff. Hell a lot of people see pink bean stuff as a huge upgrade to their current gears. By other people's standards, that's years behind.

Obviously we are supposed to delete any extra characters that don't have a link skill and only have characters that do have a link skill.

Cygnuses being revamped aren't increasing the number of classes in the game and therefore increasing character slots isn't needed yet.

that only 12 class with link and u had like 20 slot? that more than enough to cover all the link skill and there no need for extra char slot
