Level 2 link skills?

Which classes in KMS currently have level 2 link skills?
Is it every class that has a link skill at all, or only some?

Only this classes have Link Skills (And all of them with Level 2):
Jett Angelic Buster Kaiser Cannon Master Demon Slayer Demon Avenger Xenon Phantom Mercedes Luminous Mihile The 5 Cygnus (Thunder Breaker, Blaze Wizard, Wind Archer, Dawn Warrior and Night Walker)
