Please do not spam our ticketing system with more ban appeals for this account. Furthermore, please do not take your grievances to the forums in an attempt to belittle the Customer Support staff with grandiose stories of your innocence.

That must be one of the most entertaining and funniest posts ever made by a Nexon worker.

My good consideration of Girasol has greatly improved. It already did, thanks to his full acknowledgement of my error 38 issue on Nexon forums (even though it's not fixed yet), but this skyrocketed it.

I remember that the last time this situation happened on the forums, the GM that responded even posted the vid that showed the guy hacking...

is there a perma ban glitch or something? because a friend got banned for nothing(actually he was training his angelic buster... that's all)

With Nexon's track record over the years they deserve all the belittling they get. A few "good news" anecdotes of people getting their accounts back only cause they were recording their stream or got lucky and had a GM on a good day read their ticket. Has anything really changed? Not that I can tell.

Can I hand them my... college bills? Utility bills? Phone bills? They all have dollars in them =P (well... to be fair... they're in pounds...)
